can we arrange for pick up instead of delivery?
Yes!  We will post to the members ONLY page where the next pick up location(s) will be & you can register for Pick Up at the event of your choice.  If you do choose to pick up your selection we will give you punches on your registered punch card good towards earning FREE Kombucha!  Perks! 
When will my card be charged?
Billing will be auto processed the month prior to delivery.  Your auto billing day will be the day you sign up.  If you need to change your billing day please contact us.  
Can I choose what flavor(s) i receive?
We want to get you your favorite flavor(s). Once you sign up & are logged in under the preferences tab you will be able to select your flavor preferences.  We will do our very best to accommodate your flavor requests.  However, if you have not selected your flavor preferences prior to our next delivery date our Brewmaster will select for you.  Your selections can change any time, but must be done 5 days prior to your next delivery. 
What day will my delivery arrive?
Pick Up & Delivery options are scheduled on a member's calendar.  You simply log in to your account & reserve what works best for you.  An e-mail is sent out by the 1st of each month notifying you of your options & provides links to the calendar as well.

We want to make sure your delivery is successful.    We will text you on the day of your delivery.  PLEASE RESPOND to the text to ensure delivery that day. 

Monthly - 1st week of the month
Bi-Monthly - 1st & 3rd weeks of the month
Weekly - Every week

Please contact us prior to our delivery dates if you need to arrange an alternate day or time.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
Our membership is based on monthly billing & deliveries.  There is no contract or commitment beyond month to month.   

We will always strive to keep your business, but for any reason you may cancel at anytime before your next billing date. You may also place your membership on hold for up to 3 months as long as it is done so prior to your next billing date.  If your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday your credit card will be charged the next business day. ​All sales are final. ​
